Steve Nellise, Licensed Broker with Team Black Bear, moved to the Eagle Valley in 2004 and joined Team Black Bear in 2018. He brings a rare combination of hands-on experience, deep local knowledge, and a practical understanding of what makes a property truly work—both on paper and on the ground.
Before real estate, Steve owned and operated Artisan Earth Landscape Design and also managed ranches throughout the area. Raised on a farm in Ohio, he developed an early respect for land stewardship and responsible ownership—values that continued to grow through his studies in Wildlife Management at Hocking Technical College and his Horticulture degree from Kent State University.
Steve’s blend of education, field experience, and strong work ethic allows him to guide clients with clarity and confidence across a wide range of transactions—from residential homes to land and ranch properties. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring everything the mountains have to offer.
