Steve Nelisse

Steve moved to the Eagle Valley in 2004 and started working with Team Black Bear in 2018 specializing in land and ranch properties. Before Team Black Bear Steve owned and operated Artisan Earth Landscape Design as well as managed ranches in the area. While growing up on a farm in Ohio Steve learned the values of land use ownership, which heightened while studying Wildlife Management at Hocking Technical and earning a Horticulture degree from Kent State University. Steve's extensive blend of education and experience combined with his dedication to hard work gives our clients the excellent service they have come to cherish. When not working, Steve loves to enjoy the outdoors of the mountains and its surroundings.
